Sheila Stone went back to school when she was 48, earning a BA and MA in Cultural Anthropology. She spent a couple of years living in England but once she returned to the US, she couldn't find a decent job, so started her own travel business when she was 60. Since the pandemic, she has focused on writing and has several tiny books in the works.

Abuse is abuse. I know I have said this before. It is worth saying again. Abuse is abuse. Whether it is sexual, physical, verbal, emotional, whatever! It is abuse.

And you do NOT deserve it. You deserve to be treated with love and respect. Always. Really. When you’re in it, it may not feel like you deserve better, but you do. 100% you do.

I really hope that you will get the help you need if you are in an abusive relation. It’s never straight forward. It’s never easy. But you absolutely deserve better. You are worthy of happiness. You are worthy.

As Sheila said in this episode, do your best. Get our of your situation and do the best you can. You might make mistakes, but just do the best you can and get out.

And, one more time for you in the back. You are worthy. You deserve happiness.
